Job summary

BD in Singapore seeks a strategic leader to drive international educational programs and oversee KOL development within Medical Affairs. You will align with PI regional MA teams and collaborate across cross-functional groups, ensuring programs meet regional and global objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in MedTech industry.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
Fluency in Chinese and Japanese (preferred).
Experience in global environments with marketing, sales, and/or medical affairs (preferred).
Clinical care background in vascular surgery, interventional radiology, oncology, cardiology, and related areas (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to identify unmet clinical needs and develop medical strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead development, implementation, and oversight of International Educational Programs.
Align with regional Medical Affairs teams to ensure strategic alignment with goals.
Plan and implement international educational initiatives to meet MA objectives.
Oversee ADVANCE physician training and KOL development strategies.
Ensure adherence to regional and global policies and procedures.
Build and manage relationships with regional scientific societies and MA team.
Interface with PI organizations in the regional area.
Identify and evaluate new regional opportunities.
Understand and manage educational budgets with international and regional leads.
Foster teamwork and communicate medical data across the organization.
