ByteDance PTE. LTD. is seeking a Physical Security Investigations Manager to join the Global Physical Security team in Singapore.

The role suits someone curious, adaptable, and capable of making sound judgments in complex environments where facts may be incomplete. You will lead investigations into personnel, assets, vendors and incidents, assess risks, coordinate incident response, plan red team testing and control assessments, and partner with Ethics, Legal, HR, Workplace, Facilities, IT, Risk

Qualifications

• Experience in physical security, investigations, or related fields.
• Judgement under ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Independent work, risk assessment, escalation when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; reporting.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% and flexible.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support investigations involving personnel, assets, vendors, and incidents, including fact-finding and reporting.
• Assess incidents, identify risks, recommend actions and escalate when needed.
• Support incident response, handling urgent or sensitive matters with discretion.
• Plan and execute red team testing and security exercises across locations.
• Collaborate with Ethics, Legal, HR, Workplace, Facilities, IT, Risk Control, and leadership to improve controls.
• Develop investigation plans, case records, after-action reports, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Identify patterns and translate findings into improvements for the program.
