SOFTENGER (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Payroll Analyst/Consultant to lead APAC payroll processing, audits, and process improvements. You will work with multiple country scopes and advanced payroll tools to ensure accurate deductions and compliance.

You will manage projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain payroll systems while upholding confidentiality and data handling standards. This role requires strong analytics and communication skills.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, or equivalent with 5+ APAC payroll years.
• 3+ years in project management as part of a project team.
• Knowledge of APAC payroll statutes and Philippines timekeeping.
• Experience with ADP Globalview, Streamline, and eTime.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight timelines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and validate payroll processing results across country scope.
• Complete post payroll audits, prepare metrics, and track errors.
• Review and improve payroll processes for standardization and risk mitigation.
• Document payroll processes and create process maps and manuals.
• Oversee payroll projects or change requests and report to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with government payroll requirements and updates.
• Maintain payroll systems and verify correct calculations and deductions.
• Oversee system testing for upgrades and legislative updates.
• Coordinate data handling with confidentiality guidelines.
