HSBC’s Transaction Banking - Global Payments Solutions Graduate program in Singapore invites recent graduates to join a 24-month development path starting July 2027. You’ll rotate across core teams, learn payment tools, cards, and liquidity solutions, and work on client-facing materials.

You’ll collaborate across functions, explain complex ideas clearly, and contribute to innovative solutions using AI, APIs, and cloud technologies while learning regulatory requirements and real-time payment

Qualifications

• Must be a recent graduate with <2 years of full-time work experience.
• Available to work full-time from July 2027 onwards.
• Award interest in Transaction Banking and Global Payments Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through core teams: Sales, Product Management, Client Management, Business Management, or Chief Control Office.
• Match financial products to clients: payments tools, cards, liquidity solutions.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
• Explore AI, APIs, Cloud, and automation to improve client services.
• Contribute to internal work: dashboards, client-facing materials, and presentations.
• Support HSBC initiatives in real-time payments and virtual accounts.
