What you’ll do

You’ll help clients unlock opportunities across global markets using our working capital and trade finance solutions. From big-picture deals to the small details that make them work, you’ll be part of it all.

• Preparing Letters of Credit and accurate reporting to keep deals on track.
• Analysing data, supporting pitches, and contributing to client materials.

• Performing checks like sanctions screenings and anti-money laundering (AML).
• Maintaining records and tracking trade volumes, payments, and currency movements.

The induction provides you with an overview of HSBC, as well as an opportunity to build a global network of graduates and business colleagues, which will prove invaluable as your HSBC career unfolds. Once you’ve completed the Global Graduate Induction, you’ll take part in a global tailored training programme to build both the technical understanding and professional capability required for your role. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, you must:

• Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards
• Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent, as shown on your official university transcript/degree certificate)
• Be a recent graduate with less than 2 years of full-time job experience, or will you have graduated by July 2027
