Episode Six US is hiring a Solutions Architect for its Global Delivery team. You will lead technical pre-sales, craft creative client solutions, and work with sales on technical RFx responses.

The role involves collaborating with development teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs and our technology standards. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in payments with card processing, ISO 8583, and API experience, plus strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer-facing roles, solution architecture & technical design in payments.
• Strong understanding of card processing standards and networks.
• Excellent English communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales exercises with customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations.
• Design creative solutions from conception to delivery for clients.
• Support sales in answering RFI/RFP/RFQ (technical focus) and other proposals.
• Define operations/statement of works and project specs.
• Collaborate with development teams and project managers to deliver solutions.
• Provide solution assurance aligning with client requirements and tech strategy.
• Articulate and manage technical risks.
• Support broader business goals like sales and profitability.
• Travel as required, mostly in UK region.
