Job summary

HP SINGAPORE (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a Partner Integration Team Lead to coordinate HP and Compute ODM/CM resources, establishing high quality system and functional connectivity between HP and partners, and translating partner requirements to HP IT design teams.

You will lead large, global cross-functional projects, drive end-to-end integration across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and finance, develop playbooks, and train internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to resolve problems and drive issues to closure.
• Extensive knowledge and implementation of SAP, Ariba, B2B, and EDI signals with partners.
• Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.

Responsibilities

• Leads large, global cross-functional project teams, including Partner Integration of new supplier or new capability with existing supplier, in framing business challenges, structuring analytical approaches, gathering key data, evaluating alternative solutions and executing project objectives to completion.
• Owns complex strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.
• Improves performance by coordinating and integrating processes, resources, toolsets and data architectures, in a more effective manner and ensuring that changes are self-sustaining in production.
