Job summary

Sandvik Group, based in Singapore, seeks an Outbound Planner to manage customer orders and interface with Sales. You will release orders daily (auto, mass and manual) and review suspended orders to keep shipments on track.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer order flow and interface with Sales Area
• Daily release of orders (auto, mass and manual) and review suspended orders
• Resolve order issues with shipping addresses, instructions, etc.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Purchasing or Warehouse teams to source items
• Review and expedite orders, aging issues, and Hold till complete scenarios
• Weekly communication on progress of open orders to internal/external customers
