Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group in Singapore is seeking a logistics and procurement specialist to handle end-to-end purchase orders, coordinate sea/air/land shipments, and ensure compliance with import/export rules. You will work with warehouse, finance, engineering and data center teams to align schedules and deliver on project requirements.

The role requires 1–3 years in procurement or logistics, familiarity with Incoterms and HS codes, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of procurement/logistics/order management experience, cross-border Asia preferred.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations, customs procedures and trade compliance.
• Hands-on experience managing purchase orders and tracking shipments end-to-end.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, HS code classification and trade documentation.
• Experience with ERP/procurement/order/logistics systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase order and order tracking activities, including PO issuance, follow-up, production schedules, shipment timelines and delivery exceptions across suppliers in Asia.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via sea, air and land freight, including freight booking, customs clearance and import/export documentation.
• Ensure shipments comply with import/export and trade requirements across relevant jurisdictions, including HS codes, permits, licenses and duties.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics providers to optimize lead times, freight costs and service levels.
• Maintain accurate shipment tracking and in-transit visibility, escalating delays and risks as needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement and delivery schedules with project requirements.
• Support evaluation and management of freight forwarders and logistics providers, including performance reviews and rate negotiations.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement documentation and prepare regular management reports.
