Job summary

Micron in Singapore is seeking an Operation Portfolio Management Office Project Manager to drive strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives in memory and storage solutions. The role focuses on aligning OCT with company goals, leading multi-stakeholder programs, and applying AI-enabled methods to WBS and risk management.

You will mentor global project managers and collaborate with fabs and central teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 1 year of progressive PM/PMO experience in semiconductor or manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading strategy and transformation initiatives with measurable results.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder programs with significant budgets.
• Proficient in AI-enabled approaches to project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic program and portfolio management aligning OCT with company goals.
• Drive program execution using standardized methods and metrics.
• Mentor global project managers and improve OPMO processes.
• Deploy AI-enabled techniques in WBS, risk, and communication.
• Coordinate with fabs, PMO, and central teams for success.
• Communicate status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
