Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in engineering and experience leading large NPI projects.
- Experience in regulated settings and established protocols like IQ/OQ/PQ is preferred.
- Experience managing 5+ people and multi-team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of NPI project managers from initiation through mass production.
- Oversee all key aspects of NPI projects including milestones, planning and CAPEX management.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure cross‑functional alignment across engineering, operations, and outsourced procurement.
- Set checkpoints, secure stakeholder buy‑in, and track health, timelines, and risks.
- Drive DT(X) design reviews and ensure adherence to IQ/OQ/PQ, DFM, and mold flow requirements.
- Engage Operations, align deliverables, and conduct periodic NPI reviews for leadership.
