Unknown company seeks an experienced NPD Quality Director to drive quality strategy across the full product development lifecycle, from concept through to mass production and service. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related field.
• Certification and/or strong working knowledge of ISO 9000 and IATF 16949 is advantageous.
• Experience in a quality leadership role within semiconductor, electronics or precision manufacturing.
• Experience in New Product Development, manufacturing and customer launches is preferred.
• Proven leadership and people management skills; ability to optimise team performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop the NPD quality process from a strategic level with quality plans meeting design specs.
• Oversee product/process quality through development phase from concept to launch and mass production.
• Conduct regular risk assessments identifying NPD vulnerabilities and monitor trends.
• Develop and improve a robust Quality System from NPD through mass production.
• Lead the quality function across full lifecycle—from conception to manufacturing controls to field analysis.
• Drive risk assessment and mitigation aligned with IATF 16949 or equivalent standards.
