You will translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, lead a global engineering organization, and partner with Product, Operations, Commercial, and executives to deliver scalable, reliable networking solutions with exceptional performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in network engineering with technical leadership and people management.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise or telecom networking solutions across global or multi-region environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Ability to balance technical, operational, and commercial priorities in strategic decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the global networking architecture and technology roadmap for Blue Wireless' connectivity portfolio.
• Lead and develop a global Network Engineering function, including talent development and governance.
• Partner with Product Leadership to shape long-term engineering vision and investment priorities.
• Lead technical engagement with global carriers, NaaS providers, and technology partners.
