Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Senior / Staff Network Engineer in Singapore to define the global technical strategy and design secure multi-region hybrid networks. This role involves defining the architecture for enterprise and cloud network infrastructure and leading a team.

Successful candidates will have extensive experience with networking solutions, specifically Juniper and Palo Alto Networks, as well as a strong understanding of command-line configurations and wifi technology.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a mixed networking vendor environment.
• Experience with networking solutions for mainland China.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Design the global technical strategy for network infrastructure.
• Maintain secure corporate network across multiple regions.
• Mentor and develop network engineers.

Skills

Senior-level experience with Juniper and Palo Alto Networks

Experience in multi/mixed networking vendor environments

Strong understanding of wifi technology

Expertise in command-line configuration of networking hardware

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
