You will coordinate across Product Underwriters, Distribution, legal, and claims teams to ensure compliant program design and timely service delivery. Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience across multinational programs.
• Strong technical knowledge of multinational programs and reinsurance structures.
• Experience working with multinational corporations and senior risk managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities against tight SLAs.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence outcomes.
• Proven ability to motivate others and work collaboratively.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all multinational service delivery for the assigned portfolio and ensure client experience.
• Coordinate cross-stakeholder communication and project management across the program lifecycle.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders across Multinational Business Model to ensure compliant design and delivery.
• Lead adoption of the End-to-End workflow to align roles, responsibilities and timelines.
• Ensure multinational service fee discipline and timely issuance of policy and invoice documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Underwriters, Distribution, and Claims to support portfolio growth and client satisfaction.
