Job summary

Aberdeen is seeking a Senior Multi-Asset Trader to efficiently and compliantly execute Equity, FX, Fixed Income and Emerging Market Debt on a centralised dealing desk. You will support portfolio managers with best execution, market colour and liquidity insights across Asia, EMEA and the Americas, balancing speed and risk in fast-moving markets.

• Proven buy-side or sell-side trading experience across multiple asset classes.
• Strong understanding of market structure and liquidity dynamics.
• Ability to assess liquidity and execution risk.
• CMFAS examinations.

Responsibilities

• Execute Equity, FX, Fixed Income and Emerging Market Debt transactions with best execution.
• Provide market colour, liquidity insights and execution recommendations.
• Support cross-regional trading coverage across Asia and London hours.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, counterparties and venues.
• Adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements and risk controls.
• Contribute to workflow improvements, analytics and governance.
