Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering /Information Technology.
• 2-3 years working experience in software development.
• Experience in Unix, Linux and Windows environment.
• Experience in web-based applications.
• Strong in application development with MySQL/Oracle and performance optimization.
• Strong in PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web services, C/C++ and perl/shell or python scripting.
• Driven to harness capabilities of with Gen AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Github Copilot.
• Preferable with SECS/GEM knowledge.
• Preferable with experience in wafer fab or manufacturing.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and in-house application.

Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and ensure users sign-off requirements specification.
• Participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Maintain current system: new features, bugs fixing, code refactoring and performance optimization.
• Maintain and enhance robustness and high availability of all solutions.
• Provide training to end-users for the available features or new solutions.
• To equip 24x7 helpdesk team with comprehensive materials and knowledge for 1st level of support.
• To provide 24x7 level 2 support to ensure timely resolution of issues.
