Job summary

SEKURO OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced MES Engineer to design, implement, and optimize MES solutions for high-volume electronics manufacturing in Singapore. The role includes centralized MES support from Singapore to factories worldwide, ensuring system stability and continuous improvements.

You will lead MES initiatives, monitor performance, and drive Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing adoption, collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong Python proficiency; Java or C# knowledge is a plus.
Experience with database management (Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, MySQL).
Proven MES development, integration, deployment, and optimization in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement MES solutions to optimize production processes and workflows.
Monitor and improve MES functionalities for high availability and minimal downtime.
Create reports and dashboards to track production KPIs.
Lead MES projects from scope to rollout with stakeholder communication.
Provide remote MES support from Singapore for global sites.
Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA and other IT systems to enable data flow.
