Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a skilled nurse to manage diverse medical cases globally, providing expert opinions and coordinating care through critical thinking, effective communication, and collaboration with international medical professionals and internal teams.

You will work across operations and medical teams to ensure seamless case coordination, prioritizing and escalating cases as needed while balancing a personal caseload in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified and registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, preferably in critical care or equivalent relevant settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily medical cases by reviewing patient information and coordinating care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Contact and collaborate with international medical professionals to obtain timely updates on patient conditions.
• Apply critical thinking to develop and adjust case management strategies for diverse medical scenarios.
• Conduct telephonic patient assessments to evaluate medical needs and progress.
• Communicate effectively with Operations and Medical teams to maintain seamless case coordination.
• Prioritize and escalate cases appropriately to meet urgent and non-urgent medical needs.
• Take ownership of case issues and resolve problems proactively.
• Manage personal caseload efficiently, balancing multiple cases with effective time management.
• Integrate and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support shared goals and knowledge exchange.
