Job summary

OSL is seeking an energetic Marketing Business Partner (Manager/Senior Manager) to drive brand awareness, PR presence, and content-led pipeline expansion across international markets. You will translate complex PayFi and cross-border payment innovations into clear market messaging.

The role prioritizes English-first content strategy, managing international PR agencies, and leveraging media collaborations to build enterprise authority.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B content marketing, PR, or brand marketing for international/developed markets.
• Native or near-native English copywriting and editing skills with a portfolio of B2B narratives and PR copy.
• Proven experience managing international PR agencies and securing tier-1 media placements.
• Self-starter IC with capacity to scale into leadership in future.
• Experience supporting offline industry events, webinars, or roadshows.
• Able to collaborate across global time zones.
• English fluency required; Mandarin a plus but not required.
• Experience in payments/fintech domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead international content strategy and execution for English B2B content.
• Manage external international PR agencies and secure high-profile media placements.
• Coordinate executive speaking slots and conference opportunities.
• Establish client pipeline and content foundation to support budgets and campaigns.
• Support field marketing and flagship events, including global roadshows and partner salons.
• Coordinate with ecosystem partners for co-marketing and platform endorsements.
• Benchmark competitors to refine brand narrative and positioning.
