Tanda Development Pte.Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Data Manager to lead market research, data analytics, and competitive intelligence across regional markets. You will build dashboards and data pipelines, integrate cross-functional data, and drive data-driven product and strategy decisions.

The candidate should be fluent in English and Chinese, based in Singapore, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau, and capable of handling PDPA compliance and market sizing tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in market research or competitive intelligence with overseas exposure.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, able to handle bilingual data and reports.
• Based in Singapore with travel up to 10-15% and Singapore work pass eligibility.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, modeling) and able to use SQL for data extraction.
• Skilled in at least one visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau).
• Solid knowledge of market research methods: sizing, pricing, channels, benchmarking, SWOT.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain market profiles for multiple regions, deliver annual reports and quarterly briefings.
• Establish a competitor database and provide monthly updates and alerts.
• Integrate order, shipment, pricing, and customer data to build dashboards tracking sales and pricing.
• Provide market sizing, target price bands, and forecasts to support planning and initiatives.
• Define data definitions, maintain a data dictionary, and manage external data sources.
• Ensure PDPA compliance and use of lawful data sources; share insights with product and sales teams.
