Job summary

Pacific International Lines (PIL) is seeking a Senior Executive for Marine Fuel Services (Lubricants) to manage global lubricant purchases and 24/7 bunker operations for the fleet. The role covers supplier relationship management, delivery planning, and post-delivery follow-up to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will lead investigations into discrepancies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and uphold quality and quantity integrity across PIL’s worldwide operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Marine Engineering + 5 years maritime experience.
• Marine Engineering CoC 5+ and shipboard bunkering experience.
• Proficient in Excel modelling and data analysis.
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook skills.
• Procurement and supply chain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review vessel requisitions for reasonability and confirm supplier availability.
• Place orders with approved suppliers and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate delivery operations planning with suppliers.
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and process payments.
