Job summary

Connexus Global seeks a Managing Director, Manufacturing & Assembly to lead its Singapore flagship facility. You will own end-to-end manufacturing and site operations, setting strategy aligned with global objectives, and driving safety, quality, and delivery across a high‑complexity environment.

You will oversee multi‑shift teams, coordinate with Planning, Sourcing, and Industrial Engineering, and lead the transition of new products from engineering into volume manufacture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Substantial manufacturing leadership experience in complex capital equipment environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with real deployment impact.
• Proven track record building safe, high-quality, on-time manufacturing.
• Experience governing large multi-shift teams and supplier/contractor governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end manufacturing and facilities for the Singapore site.
• Set strategy translating global objectives into an executable road map.
• Drive on-time delivery, cycle-time reduction, and cost improvement.
• Lead new product industrialisation and early life in high‑mix, low‑volume settings.
• Lead MES deployment, data-driven improvement, and escalation workflows.
