ShopBack seeks fresh graduates for its Management Associate Program, a 24‑month rotational experience designed to groom future leaders across Marketing, Business Development and Operations. You will begin at the Singapore HQ and then second to a Thailand hub, gaining regional exposure and travel across SEA markets.

The program emphasizes ambiguity tolerance, rapid learning, and a growth mindset, with mentorship from leaders and an AI‑native approach to workflows. Intake is Jan/Feb 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• English fluency is required.
• Available to be stationed at Singapore HQ for first 3–6 months.
• Relocation to Thailand for remainder of the 24‑month program.
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time across markets.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to 2–3 business functions (e.g. Marketing, Business Development, Operations) to develop hands‑on execution experience.
• Receive dedicated mentorship and leader engagement to guide development.
• Own workstreams and drive alignments with key stakeholders to deliver real results.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally across global teams to build regional perspective.
• Develop leadership, growth mindset, and data fluency with an AI‑native approach.
