Job summary

ACI HR Solutions’ client, a family office, seeks a Hospitality Manager to oversee overseas and local high-end private residences and estates. The role requires on-site presence during principal’s stays and hands-on hospitality support.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in hotel operations with strong front office, housekeeping and guest services, plus fluency in English and Mandarin. International travel up to 60 days annually is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of hotel operations or hospitality management experience.
• Fluent English and Mandarin.
• Experience in luxury hotels or premium hospitality preferred.
• Willingness to travel overseas as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation standards.
• Supervise guest services, housekeeping, and property preparation; ensure service standards.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations; manage vendors and service providers.
• Oversee overseas properties and ensure consistent operating standards across locations.
• Coordinate on-site staff, housekeeping, maintenance and contract service providers.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor budgets and expenses; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and security for property owners and residences.
