Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Logistics Strategy and Performance Manager to drive performance and operational excellence across our logistics function. You will govern key priorities including OKRs and KPIs, and partner with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to monitor performance and drive data-driven improvements.

You will also lead executive performance reporting, business reviews, and PMO governance for major logistics initiatives, including peak periods,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in Strategy, Operations, PMO, or Performance Management in tech/e-commerce/logistics.
• Proven experience with KPIs, OKRs and governance frameworks.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate into business recommendations.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Executive-level presenting skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience in regional or global organisations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Own governance of logistics performance across regional markets with OKRs and KPIs.
• Plan, track and report functional OKRs/KPIs; reveal risks and progress.
• Partner with regional/local teams to review performance and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor strategic initiatives, manage risks and dependencies for delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Finance and Commercial to run initiatives.
• Translate priorities into measurable outcomes using data-driven insights.
• Prepare executive presentations, performance reports and business reviews.
• Lead PMO governance and planning for peak logistics events.
• Track milestones, manage dependencies and drive post-peak reviews.
