Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; ability to build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily/weekly performance of delivery partners and KPIs.
• Support 3PL rider positioning and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams on operational issues and document SOPs.
• Support cross-functional projects and rider process improvements.
