Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of event logistics projects from enquiry to final reporting.
• Interpret client requirements and translate them into quotations and operational plans.
• Develop timelines, shipment plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate air, ocean, and road freight movements for event cargo.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, organisers, venues, and overseas partners.
• Provide regular status updates, milestone tracking, and proactive issue resolution.
• Attend client briefings, site visits, and project management and operational meetings.
• Ensure timely booking of transport, customs clearance, and delivery to site.
• Monitor shipment progress and manage deviations in real time.
• Coordinate onsite logistics with the operational onsite team including move-in, marshalling, and move-out.
• Liaise with global agents, carriers, transporters, and service providers.
• Negotiate competitive rates in line with project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
