Job summary

Seagate International Headquarters Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Staff Program/Project Manager to lead global logistics initiatives from conception through completion.

You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure compliant, efficient operations while driving automation and continuous improvement. The role focuses on optimizing cost, security, and reliability of warehouse and transportation networks, implementing WMS/TMS improvements, and maintaining KPIs across multiple

Qualifications

• Solid experience required in Transportation and Warehouse management.
• Hands-on experience with logistics management systems (TMS, WMS).
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics/supply chain with at least 3 years in change management.
• Leadership experience directing project teams and ensuring milestones are met.
• Knowledge of transportation modes, pricing, customs and export compliance.

Responsibilities

• Program management: manage global logistics projects from initiation to completion.
• Support and train Logistics Execution teams; define processes and KPIs.
• Interact with IT to improve Warehouse Execution and Transportation processes.
• Create and monitor performance dashboards and reports.
