Seagate Technology is seeking a Staff Program/Project Manager for Supply Chain Ops based in Woodlands, Singapore. This role leads global logistics projects from conception to completion, partnering with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to optimize cost and performance.

You will analyze data to drive improvements, deploy automation, and sustain a best-in-class logistics organization as a strategic advantage for Seagate.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Transportation and Warehouse management.
• Hands-on experience with logistics management systems (TMS, WMS).
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, with a minimum of 3 years in a change management role.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global logistics projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues.
• Define processes, methods and tools for Warehouse Execution and Transportation.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement action plans with execution teams.
• Prepare RFx responses and manage cost, schedules, and scope.
