Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics for imports, exports, storage and distribution across local and international markets. You will ensure goods are received, stored and delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with regulations and company standards.

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations (entry level may also be considered with strong academic background).
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, customs clearance, and trade documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments, including customs clearance and freight arrangements.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare shipping and delivery documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
• Handle logistics-related documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Assist in procurement planning and replenishment processes.
• Resolve any issues related to transportation delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain regular communication with sales and operations teams to align delivery schedules with customer requirements.
