Job summary

Yong Wen Food (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export operations, including permits, insurance, customs declarations and shipping documentation. You will coordinate freight forwarding, transportation and shipment arrangements to ensure on-time delivery of goods.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems, and a Diploma or equivalent qualification. Relevant experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, import/export operations and shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics-related systems.
• Good organizational, communication and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle import and export operations, including permits, insurance, customs declarations and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate logistics, freight forwarding, transportation and shipment arrangements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, Sales, Purchasing and other departments on shipment status and delivery schedules.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate shipping records for submission to relevant authorities.
• Monitor shipments, resolve logistics issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Planning and coordination of intercompany stock transfers.
