Job summary

The National University of Singapore is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Coordinator to drive a multi-site infectious disease study across international sites in Singapore and beyond. You will oversee study start-up, ongoing operations, regulatory approvals, data integrity and collaboration with investigators, laboratories and data centres.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy or a related field.
2–4 years of experience coordinating clinical research projects, ideally multi-country or infectious diseases.
Solid knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements and ethical principles.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the study across multiple international sites.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and deliverables for trial start-up and execution.
Coordinate with site investigators, research teams and partner institutions for study implementation.
Oversee budget and contract negotiations.
Support ethics and regulatory approvals and ensure compliance with SOPs and local regulations.
Coordinate data management, data quality and monitoring activities.
