The National University of Singapore is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Coordinator to drive a multi-site infectious disease study across international sites in Singapore and beyond. You will oversee study start-up, ongoing operations, regulatory approvals, data integrity and collaboration with investigators, laboratories and data centres.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience coordinating clinical research projects, ideally multi-country or infectious diseases.
• Solid knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements and ethical principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the study across multiple international sites.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and deliverables for trial start-up and execution.
• Coordinate with site investigators, research teams and partner institutions for study implementation.
• Oversee budget and contract negotiations.
• Support ethics and regulatory approvals and ensure compliance with SOPs and local regulations.
• Coordinate data management, data quality and monitoring activities.
