The incumbent will handle IP-related commercial matters arising from M&A, restructuring, cybersecurity and audits, collaborating with top-tier clients on complex matters.

Qualifications

• Strong academic qualifications with exceptional records (Dean's List or Distinction).
• Background in disputes from major firms or disputes boutiques is preferred.
• Demonstrated drafting and commercial skills in IP/TMT.

Responsibilities

• Work on both contentious and non-contentious IP/TMT matters, including infringement, prosecution strategies and domain disputes.
• Advise on IP-related commercial issues arising from M&A, restructuring, cybersecurity and audits.
• Assist on border enforcement and international prosecution matters for global brands.
