Aslant Legal is partnering with a leading global law firm on the search for a Senior Associate to join its international IP and Technology disputes team in Singapore. This role offers an opportunity to move into the sector and build specialist expertise in technology-focused disputes.

For commercial disputes lawyers with an interest in technology, this role provides cross-border exposure and the chance to develop a practice in IP/tech disputes within a renowned platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE in dispute resolution.
• Genuine interest in IP and/or technology disputes.
• Singapore-qualified lawyer (Bar admission).

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in IP and technology disputes within the international disputes team.
• Develop specialist expertise in IP/tech sector disputes and support cross-border matters.
