Job summary

White & Case LLP in Singapore is seeking a mid-level associate to handle complex cross-border international arbitration matters within a global practice. You will collaborate with partners, lead case workstreams, and contribute to business development across diverse industries.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation or international arbitration, is qualified in at least two major jurisdictions, and demonstrates exceptional drafting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation and/or international arbitration experience.
• Excellent drafting skills with attention to factual accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience at a leading domestic or international law firm is preferred.
• Qualified in at least two jurisdictions: England & Wales, New York, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage a range of international arbitration matters and workstreams.
• Draft submissions, witness statements, expert reports and procedural correspondence.
• Attend client meetings and provide written advice to clients.
• Liaise with clients on risk management and case strategy.
• Supervise and develop junior team members; contribute to business development.
