Job summary

White & Case in Singapore is seeking a mid-level associate to handle a range of international arbitration matters. You will work closely with partners, manage arbitration workstreams, draft submissions and witness statements, and coordinate with cross-border teams to deliver efficient outcomes.

You will contribute to business development, supervise junior members, and engage with clients on risk and strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation and/or international arbitration experience.
• Experience at a leading domestic or international law firm.
• Qualified in at least two of: England & Wales, New York, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage international arbitration matters and workstreams.
• Draft submissions, witness statements, expert reports, and procedural documents.
• Attend client meetings, provide legal memoranda and client advice.
• Liaise with clients on risk management and case strategy.
• Supervise and develop junior team members; contribute to business development.
