Job summary

AR HOME RENOVATION PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth in the interior design sector. You will build a global supplier network, manage procurement between clients, contractors, and suppliers, and secure high-value projects through strategic partnerships and proposals.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts, and travel as needed. A background in design or architecture with leadership experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized school/university.
• 10+ years of business development or sales leadership within interior design, architecture, fit-out, construction, and big MNCs.
• Strong supplier management, production scheduling, shipping arrangements, and logistics expertise.

Responsibilities

• Establish a network with overseas suppliers in China for renovation, interior fit-out, furniture, and building materials; experience importing into Singapore.
• Manage procurement end-to-end; liaise between clients, contractors, and suppliers for timely delivery.
• Source directly from manufacturers in China; negotiate pricing and optimize shipping costs.
