Job summary

Taxbit, a leading tax-automation platform, is seeking an Implementation Manager in Singapore to drive enterprise onboarding and successful handoffs to Customer Success. You will partner with exchanges, marketplaces, and FinTechs to design, implement, and activate TaxBit solutions, aligning with engineers and SMEs to maximize value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, information systems or similar.
4+ years of experience in technology consulting, project management, or professional services.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end implementations from kickoff through handoff to CSM/CX.
Translate customer requirements into a clear implementation strategy including data migration and API/CSV/SDK work.
Bridge customer and internal teams to ensure alignment and outcomes.
Identify risks and escalate issues to protect timelines and value.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.
