BIT is seeking a senior tax professional to join our global finance team in Singapore. You will manage cross-border tax compliance, transfer pricing documentation, and tax risk governance across multiple jurisdictions, while collaborating with internal partners and external advisers.

With 7–10 years of financial services tax experience, you will implement tax strategies, analyse uncertain positions, and support IPO readiness and corporate transactions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field and professional accreditation encouraged.
• 7–10 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of direct tax, indirect tax and transfer pricing across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with FATCA/CRS/CARF reporting is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own tax compliance matters across the Group (filings, provisions, audits, WHT, GST/indirect tax).
• Lead the development and maintenance of the tax risk register and governance documentation.
• Assess uncertain tax positions for Group financial reporting purposes.
• Manage transfer pricing matters (Master File, Local Files) and defend policies under audit.
• Analyse withholding tax exposure in cross-border intercompany transactions.
• Draft clear tax positions and guidance for stakeholders; lead internal training on tax awareness.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisers on technical and compliance matters.
• Support ad hoc tax input into new business setups and corporate transactions.
