Job summary

HIGHTECH PAYMENT SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to join our international projects and configure the PowerCARD application to meet client needs.

You will participate in studies, designs, and mappings, and develop custom software as required. Successful candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 3 years in similar roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in studies, gap analysis, and technical design to identify configuration and development needs.
• Present standard interfaces and prepare technical specifications for interfaces and mapping.
• Work with the client to ensure their specifications are met and develop custom software as required.
• Prepare Technical Specification Forms (TSFs) based on BSD for specific functionalities.
• Develop customer-specific solutions based on TSFs and conduct unit testing.
• Correct bugs reported by the test team.
• Assist in configuring and integrating various modules of the solution to meet the customer’s needs.
• Participate in the installation of project deliverables at the client’s site.
• Assist the client with integration and acceptance testing, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs reported by customers to ensure the expected functionality.
