Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in electronic components industry, buyer/sales/commodity management.
• Proven supplier relationships with distributors and manufacturers across global supply chains.
• Mandarin and English language proficiency required for global communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive-level supplier relationships to secure supply continuity and pricing.
• Lead supplier and customer visits, represent Rand Technology at global trade events.
• Align supplier capabilities with customer demand and strategic growth opportunities with Sales leadership.
• Build strategic relationships across the supply chain for assigned technologies.
• Implement agreements with partners to optimize pricing, supply, and support.
• Provide market updates and executive summaries for senior leadership.
