Responsibilities

Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for PCB components to achieve cost savings and supply continuity.
Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation for PCB suppliers.
Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and supply chain risks relevant to PCBs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align category strategies with business objectives and sustainability goals.
Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements for PCB sourcing.
