Kerry Consulting is assisting a well-backed client in Singapore to appoint a Global Head of HR Operations. The role builds a technology-enabled function to serve an expanding international workforce, with responsibility for systems, data, payroll and governance.

In this greenfield environment, you will establish scalable processes, SLAs, and KPIs, while leading a high-calibre HR operations team and managing external partners to deliver a superior employee experience.

• Extensive experience building and scaling HR operations across international markets.
• Strong track record designing operating models, service standards and scalable infra.
• Commercially astute with senior stakeholders and vendor governance.

Mansioni

• Lead global HR Operations function and design operating model for scale.
• Oversee HR systems, data/analytics, payroll, lifecycle processes and governance.
• Set global service standards, SLAs and KPIs, leveraging technology for efficiency.
• Partner with external payroll providers and HR service providers.
