Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking a senior HR leader to own the HR agenda across international operations, based in Singapore. You will partner with regional business heads and Group HR to align people strategies with local regulations and business growth.

You will lead talent acquisition, total rewards, and HR operations across multiple countries while ensuring compliance with local laws and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field.
• Extensive HR experience at senior leadership level across multiple countries in the region.
• Experience in manufacturing or technology environment, ideally with factory workforce.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR practices across multiple jurisdictions, including Singapore.
• Proven ability in talent strategy, total rewards, employee relations and organizational change.
• Ability to communicate with Group stakeholders in English and Mandarin.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrixed, multicultural organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy for international offices aligned with Group priorities.
• Advise regional business heads and senior leadership as trusted advisor.
• Translate business plans into workforce planning, organisation design and talent priorities.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development across the region.
• Drive performance management, engagement and retention across markets.
• Build a strong employer brand in each market.
• Oversee compensation, benefits and incentive programmes benchmarked to local markets.
• Ensure consistent HR operations and payroll across countries with strong HRIS and data governance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws in every country of operation.
• Manage complex employee relations, restructuring and labour matters where applicable.
• Uphold fair, merit-based employment practices per Singapore guidelines.
