Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance, wealth management, product management or financial services.
• Strong network and experience working with carriers.
• Deep understanding of life insurance and wealth planning solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall product strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and growth ambitions.
• Oversee market research, competitor analysis and product benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Lead onboarding due diligence reviews of new insurers and products, ensuring governance and oversight.
• Review existing product solutions to maintain competitiveness, compliance and relevance to client needs.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with carriers, from negotiations to tailored solutions.
• Partner with local CEO/Sales Managers to enhance commercial outcomes through product positioning.
• Drive product knowledge excellence and keep the team updated on regulatory developments.
• Ensure compliance of product offerings with regulatory requirements and internal governance.
• Manage a global team of product experts to deliver best-in-class support.
