Job summary

Pepperl+Fuchs in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Industrial Engineering, Global Project Office to lead the global project organization for new product industrialization and manufacturing transfers. You will drive technical leadership and ensure reliable project execution across the international manufacturing network.

Qualifications

Several years of international engineering/ manufacturing leadership experience.
Strong background in electronics manufacturing, NPI or manufacturing transfers.
Proven expertise in project and portfolio management, resource planning.
Excellent communication and intercultural skills; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the global Project Office for new product industrialization and manufacturing transfers.
Oversee the global portfolio and ensure transparency on priorities, capacity and risks.
Dr ive reliable project execution: milestones, costs, and escalations; ensure governance and reviews.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Portfolio Managers, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
