Job summary

Moloco is seeking a GTM Program Manager to own content policy, review processes, and global vendor operations. You will drive AI-enabled automation to improve speed, scale, and compliance across the GTM function.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of program management experience in global-scale policy development and operations.
• Data-driven problem solving with ability to translate data into decisions.
• Practical fluency in applying AI to operational workflows.
• Strong ability to align multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management across creative review process, policy, and vendor operations.
• Build global-scale content policy and operational workflows from scratch.
• Create documentation and training programs for internal teams on best practices.
• Deliver measurable efficiency gains through AI and automation.
• Report program performance with data, define KPIs, and provide insights to leadership.
• Drive alignment across Sales, Supply, Legal, and Product; weigh tradeoffs to meet objectives.
• Translate operational pain points into technical requirements backed by data.
