Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
Minimum 14–15 years of senior management or CEO-level experience.
Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and org development.
Strong experience in international business development and cross-border partnerships.
Experience working with Chinese partners, clients, or stakeholders is highly desirable.
Excellent English communication; business Mandarin proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's business strategies and long-term growth plans.
Lead the organisation toward revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and markets locally and internationally.
Oversee daily operations, performance, and organisational efficiency.
Establish KPIs, governance, and management reporting systems.
Manage budgets, financial planning, cash flow, and cost-control initiatives.
Maintain relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead cross-border commercial negotiations and cross-cultural engagement.
Provide executive leadership to department heads and drive a high-performance culture.
