The Edge Partnership Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Chief Executive Officer in Singapore to lead the organisation’s growth strategy and execution.

This senior role focuses on shaping the strategic plan, expanding services through partnerships, and driving revenue while guiding the leadership team. You will build a strong ecosystem with corporates, institutions and government stakeholders, secure funding, and ensure high-impact programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 18+ years of experience including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record in business development, partnerships and revenue growth.
• Experience with funding and government schemes.
• Experience in professional services is a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.

• Develop and execute the organisation’s strategic plan, in line with its vision and mission.
• Drive revenue growth through new services and partnerships.
• Lead business development to strengthen the organisation’s market presence.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions and government stakeholders.
• Secure and manage funding, including grants and government funding schemes.
• Oversee the quality, relevance and continuous improvement of programmes and services.
